How long is the Suncamper warranty?

Every Suncamper comes with a five-year structural warranty. The chassis is separately covered by the relevant Toyota, Ford, Iveco, or Mercedes manufacturer warranty.

What does the structural warranty cover?

The structural warranty covers the composite panels, steel sub-frame, roof, sealing, and cabinetry against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Normal wear and tear, accident damage, unauthorised modifications, and misuse are not covered. Contact RVService directly if you are unsure whether an issue is covered.

Who services a Suncamper under warranty?

Warranty work is carried out through Suncamper RVService at the Thornleigh NSW workshop. Routine chassis servicing can be done at any Toyota, Ford, Iveco, or Mercedes dealer.

What Is Covered

Composite shell, steel sub-frame, bonded joins, cabinetry, and all exterior sealing against manufacturing defects. The chassis is separately covered by Toyota, Ford, Iveco, or Mercedes.

Ongoing Support

Warranty work is handled directly through Suncamper RVService at the Thornleigh workshop. You call the factory. The same people who built your motorhome sort it out.
